Cultivates and curates new and existing relationships with employers and alumni seeking to hire students from Northwestern University, primarily in the industries of finance and investment banking, real estate, transportation and logistics, healthcare, and renewable energy and utilities. Manages, trains, and leads a team of 5 student workers/Career Ambassadors. In charge of providing opportunities for engagement between students and employers. Facilitates planning, coordination, and implementation of major proprietary events sponsored by NCA, including but not limited to Career Fairs, Career Treks to various cities across the US, hosting major alumni speakers, and providing educational workshops, orientations and opportunities to students across all majors. Represents the NCA office as the liaison for campus collaborators, external stakeholders, and student organizations. Meets with colleagues and recruiters/alumni regularly to create custom strategies for employer partners including in-person and virtual recruiting options that will provide the greatest ROI for employers and the most successful outcomes for students. Regularly communicates to broad audiences via newsletters, emails, presenting at meetings for staff, employers, and students, and soliciting quantitative and qualitative data to continually assess best practices and inform NCA\'s planning and career services approach for future endeavors.
