Having grown up around the construction industry, I developed an innate understanding of the complexities and nuances that come with each project. This background instilled in me a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, project coordination, and the importance of timely project delivery. Simply put, aviation construction has become my passion. With a proven track record of successfully managing and completing multimillion dollar aviation sector projects at EWR, I am extremely passionate about delivering exceptional results and long lasting solutions. Coordinating projects from inception to completion, I possess a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, PANYNJ regulations, risk mitigation, project financial management and industry best practices. I collaborate daily with our internal Holt team as well as project owners, trade partners, architects, engineers, etc. and have a strong belief in the importance of making and maintaining these relationships.    2026-$40 million IAH Terminal B fitout (concessions, back of house spaces) management, RTA & contract issuance, budget management 2025-Overseeing ~$15 million terminal expansion build-out project at EWR Terminal A, coordinating with stakeholders (project owner, government authorities, future tenants, trade partners), managing schedule & budget - Coordinating completion of (2) luxury passenger lounges at DFW- Managed and completed repaving of EWR Taxiway RF 1 month before scheduled project completion - Fitout of new terminal at IAH Terminal B ($40 million program)
