Responsible to investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle resident, condominium and mobile home claims with Policy Holder, Public Adjuster, Attorney, Contractor, Water Mitigation and Mold Remediation Company. Assist in preparation for litigation with in-house counsel. Attend mediation and trial. Report to Subrogation, Under Writing, SIU, invoke appraisal.• Prepare all letters, Contact, RFI (request for information), Reservation of Rights, Sworn Proof of Loss, Settlement, Denial, and Standon Decision letter.• Communicate status of claim effectively and often to all parties (insured, vendor, representation, agent) answering telephone calls, text, and emails. While being mindful of QA and Best Practice Guidelines.• Review policy, endorsements, provided documents, prior claim history, set reserves, secure recorded statement, inspect, reinspect, prepare sketch, estimate or supplement in Xactimate, xactanalysis. • Issue all payment checks.
