   In charge of communicating, collaborating and working to design and customize clients’ new or updated computer systems. Much of my time is spent communicating with and supporting pharmacy staff. As I help maintain and upgrade their system I foster strong relationships, and empower them to see how technology can save lives, decrease errors and reduce wasteful spending. My end goal is to support clients through Oracle upgrades, system changes and enhancements and ongoing system maintenance, which can include system testing, troubleshooting, issue management, training and go-lives.
