As an intern with CIS University’s Go American Foundation in Madrid, I teach the Go American course to Spanish high school students entirely in English, focusing on academic English, U.S. culture, and college readiness. I design and facilitate engaging lessons and promote cross-cultural learning in the classroom.In addition to teaching, I manage the foundation’s social media presence by creating content and increasing student engagement. I also collaborate closely with the foundation president on community outreach and partnership development with local organizations and companies to expand the program’s impact and visibility.
