ABOUT ALYSSA NOVAK
As the Chief People and Engagement Officer at TGTHR, I lead the HR strategy and operations for a non-profit organization that provides services to help unhoused youth to help them attain stability and security through their journey to young adulthood. I ensure HR compliance, performance management, talent acquisition, workforce development, employee retention, and succession planning. I also promote a culture of integrity, fairness, diversity, and inclusion in an ethical and equitable manner. In addition, I serve as a Chief HR Strategist at AGN Consulting, LLC, where I help clients navigate employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, guide them through employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and investigations, and provide outplacement services. I also assist executives with organizational change, including start-ups, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring. I have over twenty years of experience transforming organizational HR strategy and driving both non-profit and for-profit organizational success. I have a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and a Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) certification. I am passionate about building high-performance teams and enhancing the employee experience, as well as ensuring organizational success. I am a recognized leader in HR policy and risk mitigation, and a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams across the country.
