Alyssa Johnson, Vice-President, Information Technology at Florida College, has extensive experience in leading transformational projects to modernize business. Her primary expertise includes strategic planning, global design, and overall program management to ensure client satisfaction. She has extensive knowledge and experience in on-premise ERP and Cloud Applications to solve complex business problems. Her experience as a thought leader has given Alyssa the opportunity to interface with multiple global clients in many diverse business areas giving her insights into industry and system best practices.A proven leader, she brings teams together with a strong planning methodology, resource collaboration, and time–management skills. She is committed to achieving organizational goals and to continuous process improvement. Alyssa served on the board of the Oracle Technology and Applications User Group (OATUG) from 2010-21 and as the 2014 and 2017 President. She has also served as Secretary, and board liaison to the Education and Membership committees. As a board member, she looks for ways to deliver value to the OATUG membership through education, networking, and connection with Oracle. Alyssa enjoys presenting webinars and workshops on a variety of application topics. She presented at regional, national, and international user groups including Collaborate, and Oracle OpenWorld. She is also one of the primary authors of The Release 12 Primer.
