Throughout this time, I played a pivotal role in driving sales strategy and improving my agents skill sets through coachings and holding them personally accountable for their performance. I was promoted to Floor Lead in March 2015, Performance Manager in Training in June 2015 and Performance Manger in September 2015. I received my Insurance License in February 2016 as I transitioned onto one of fastest growing businesses at Red Ventures.
