About Alyssa Gandolph

I have always had a passion for improving education from a systems level. As a Strategic Data and Grants Analyst at Chandler Unified School District, I am proud to support over students and staff through management of state reporting, data analysis, program evaluation, survey development, and grant project management.I completed my bachelors\' degrees in political science and educational leadership with honors at the University of Arizona, as well as my Masters in Education Policy and Analysis at Harvard University. Prior to my role at CUSD, I worked in consulting and research roles within synthetic, observational, quantitative, and mixed method studies.Some of my education analysis interests include developing the teacher workforce, school finance reform, and improving data collection and research methods in school contexts. I am excited to continue working to bridge the gaps between policy, practice, and research.
