As Segment Lead Counsel, I drive legal strategies for Cummins’ Power Systems Business, covering Defense, Oil & Gas, and more. As Global Lead Lawyer, I support Accelera by Cummins’ eMobility segment, which includes Traction Systems, ePowertrain, eAxle, Battery, and Fuel Cell technologies. In negotiations, I handle a wide array of agreements, from Master Services and Global Supply Agreements to Data Sharing, Joint Venture, and Partnership Agreements. This also includes specialized agreements like Nondisclosure, Clean Team, Joint Development, Subsidiary Formation, Vendor, Settlement, and Memoranda of Understanding.A key achievement includes streamlining the Evaluation/Field Test Agreement process in collaboration with IP counsel, business teams, and Legal Leadership.I’ve contributed to pioneering projects, such as leading the execution of an Electrolyzer Supply Agreement for North America’s first “green” hydrogen plant and facilitating a similar agreement with a leading hydrogen supplier. I also was Legal lead for the Pickup team within the Engine Business Unit (EBU) and joined the team in negotiating to close a $20B multi-year supply agreement. Lastly, the complex Battery Technology Supply Agreements I’ve managed highlight Cummins dedication to sustainable solutions. In legal documentation, I draft playbooks and policies for the Legal Function, ensuring clarity and compliance.I’m also committed to Cummins’ corporate social responsibility and diversity goals. As part of Cummins C.A.R.E.
