About Alyssa D.

Alyssa currently serves as the Marketing and Communications Director for the Center for Nonprofits & Philanthropy. She leads the Center\'s marketing initiatives by streamlining the communication outreach processes to grow the center\'s audience and program participants. Through the development of promotional materials, strategically managing multiple marketing campaigns, managing the CRM and coordinating with other MarCom departments, Alyssa has grown the center\'s audience and contributed to an increase in attendance at events and programs. Alyssa graduated from the Bush School in 2022 with her Masters in Public Service Administration, focusing on Public Policy Analysis and Nonprofit Management. In 2019, she served as a Team Leader for AmeriCorps in the North Central Region, where she led and managed a team of Corps members. This service year solidified her passion for helping nonprofits increase their capacity and value to communities. Originally from South Florida, Alyssa graduated from The Florida State University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and is still a proud supporter of the FSU Seminoles!
