Supervise the day-to-day responsibilities of the HRIS Coordinator to ensure timely completion and accuracy of data entry into Workday. Assign additional tasks and delegate work as appropriate to the HRIS Coordinator. Manage the data output from Workday by working with stakeholders at all levels of the Firm to identify and make recommendations on how the data within the system can be utilized or analyzed to aid in accomplishing a specific task or improving a process. Design and manipulate reports with multiple data sources and distribute as appropriate. Independently perform regular data audits of key fields within the system to ensure completeness. Complete security changes as necessary within Workday for new hires and existing employees. Lead the testing and preparation for system updates and enhancements. Coordinate the testing responsibilities across internal functions. Participate in the firm’s compensation process by building out the technology capabilities within Workday to support the resulting compensation structure and ongoing features of that function.
