Works with the SET to run the Institute, not only from a scientific perspective, but supporting all administrative and operations functions to maintain a financially sustainable and functioning 501C3. Collaborates with the COO and CEO to develop and update the Institute\'s strategic plan. Identifies areas of growth in advancing applied science and oversees hiring of staff to support that growth. Manages marketing and communications with the SET to support identified areas of business growth.Oversees all research and science at the Institute. Administratively manages the research departments and their operations, ensuring departments meet both research and financial targets and goals. Leads implementation and training on Scientific Integrity, as well as QA/QC for Institute projects and data management and delivery. Strategically leads and manages challenging projects and programs, as well as high-profile clients. Identifies and leads strategic Business Development opportunities, in addition to overseeing and reviewing scopes, the go-no-go process and opportunities and proposals pursuits.
