I was competitively selected to serve as a Team IMPACT Fellow, representing the organization on campus and within the broader community. This role required strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with athletic departments, coaches, and student-athletes in raising awareness and increasing participation in the program. Through Team IMPACT’s professional development training and mentorship, I strengthened my public speaking, advocacy, and organizational abilities while contributing to a mission-driven initiative that supports children facing serious illness.
