Direct responsibility for Project Managers, medical support and field staff on projects within theirremit-Responsibility for service delivery to a wide range of domestic and international operations, bothonshore and offshore-Accountability for strategic financial performance and budget adherence for all assigned projects –either directly or indirectly – and client accounts-Account management of key clients to ensure contractual obligations are met-Engagement with key stakeholders within the business to maximize performance throughout allstages of the project lifecycle (planning, implementation, delivery and close-down)-Quality management of team service delivery and development of procedures to ensure highest level ofperformance, accuracy and compliance with Company’s procedures, industry standards and clientrequirements-Overall accountability and quality assurance for all phases of the project life cycle from initialplanning through implementation and closing-Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to direct reports, including performance reviewprocess-Overseeing project planning, including risk analysis, for current projects and potential new business-Completion and regular audit of project risk management workbooks for accountable andresponsible projects-Maintain a thorough understanding of scope of work and contract deliverables for all new and existingcustomer accounts-Establish and refine systems and processes for increased operational efficiency and customersatisfaction-Review reports, identify and implement quality improvement opportunities-Serve as an emergency backup for short-term deployments for other Project Management positions-Anticipate and identify client challenges, real and perceived, that may evolve and work with theappropriate internal and external resources to provide solutions.
