I love serving as the bridge between groups. Whether it be cross-functional collaboration within an industry or connecting technical and non-technical sides, I enjoy customizing information and collaborating with others. My personality serves this well as I am extroverted and endlessly curious. I find teaching others to be fun and meeting new people to be exciting. I also promote compassionate leadership and going beyond the standard diversity and inclusion metrics.    I am an expert in Syensqo\'s high performance polymers, and serve as the customers’ technical point of contact. In close collaboration with commercial and business development, I help develop new applications and consult on material selection, part and tool design, as well as processing.I provide technical support to our customers on tooling, processing trials, troubleshooting, and testing (thermal, mechanical, rheology, microscopy, etc.) for the final validation of the parts as well as initiate new product developments together with commercial and R&D teams.I also organize and facilitate technical trainings about polymers, applications and processing to internal and external stakeholders.
