   Served as change manager and logistics coordinator for the APLA Tech RTW project. Partnered cross functionally with Global, Geo and WD+C to ensure a smooth return to campus for 200+ employees by executing stakeholder meetings, creating timelines, managing changes against the project schedule, budgeting, reporting, communications, engagement planning, training development, and post-project 30-60-90 day pulse checks • Assisted with the Org Evolution transition process by owning employee engagement and cultural acclimation efforts for 150+ new APLA Tech teammates. Authored comms on behalf of the VP and executive leadership team. Facilitated deep dive educational sessions that focused on the unique, Global, Geo and Territory structures that exist in the team as well as cultural nuances of working as an international team spread over 17 countries and 9 timezones. • Delivered end to end event management for multiple executive leadership offsites and All Team meetings.
