The School of Professional Studies empowers graduate and professional learners with the skills and networks that they need to transform the way the world works for good. Design, develop, and deliver a portfolio of non-credit short courses and certificates and custom programs for professional leaners. Steered the portfolio towards its first ever profitable year through market research, strategic program design, and amazing marketing and recruitment support. Piloted extending Brown\'s Employee Education Program to included SPS\' noncredit programs, resulting in increased enrollments and higher visibility with leaders at Brown University. Assisted in the development of a growth plan that would increase the revenue by 10X in 10 years. Served on the department\'s Diversity and Inclusion Team.
