ABOUT ALYSON MORRIS

I am a results-focused Human Resources leader with in-depth experience developing and directing strategic HR functions. A trusted advisor with a solid history of success, capable of building relationships, increasing workplace productivity and engagement, and retaining top talent. I have worked in a wide range of industries including cannabis, consumer packaged goods, and technology. I have held senior HR positions in high-growth environments. I have successfully supported organizational scale-ups at startups, optimized HR and talent management programs, and led company-wide HR implementations including performance management and HRIS adoption. I have also supported companies through organizational restructuring and workforce planning, and mergers and acquisitions. I hold a B.A. in Psychology at McGill University and a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management at George Brown College. I also hold a Certified Human Resources Leader designation from the Ontario Human Resources Professional Association.
