Experience
Founder and CEO
Feb 2023 — Present
As Founder & CEO of Unitedly, my core mission is to strengthen communities. I started Unitedly after seeing how often the needs of Asian families were overlooked and how few resources existed for them to feel truly supported. Growing up, I often helped my own parents navigate language and cultural barriers, and now, as a mom of two, I know even more deeply that building equity, visibility, and belonging isn’t optional—it’s essential for families like mine and so many others. At Unitedly, we turn that vision into action. Through initiatives like the Asian Early Childhood Collaborative, which supports educators and families with young children, and Game Changers, our basketball-based youth leadership program inspired by my sons, we create opportunities for families and young people to thrive. My role is to lead the vision, foster partnerships, drive advocacy at local and state levels, and secure long-term resources so that Asian families are not left behind—and together, we build stronger, more inclusive communities for the next generation.
