The Contracts Administrator leads a team of 37 contracting and procurement professionals, negotiates and signs contracts on behalf of the agency, for the State’s Medicaid, data governance, behavioral health and recovery, school employees, state employees, retiree benefits programs and more. The Contracts Administrator is also the agency lead on the Governor\'s Subcabinet on Business Diversity.The Contracts Administrator is also authorized to make decisions regarding development and deployment of contract policies and procedures, and they have the flexibility to interpret those policies and procedures to the best advantage of the Heath Care Authority.
