With over a decade of experience in public education, I currently serve as the Middle School Principal at Impact Academy of Arts & Technology, where I lead with a commitment to equity, innovation, and student-centered learning. I am especially passionate about building inclusive school cultures and cultivating anti-racist classrooms and campuses that affirm the identities and experiences of all students.Previously, I served as an Assistant Principal in Chicago Public Schools, where I deepened my leadership in secondary and special education, always focused on closing opportunity gaps and improving student outcomes.
