Steady-State Duties:• Develop, implement, and oversee an organized leadership development program within the Texas Gulf Coast region.• Collaborate with regional program leads to identify leadership opportunities with Disaster Cycle Services (DSC). • Implement end-to-end training activities including planning, instructional design, development, delivery, measurement and coordination across teams.• Analyze workforce needs to develop adult learning platforms and improve existing training programs.• Develop metrics and reporting mechanisms to effectively measure, track and report workforce engagement goals.• Maintain an identified leadership roster, tracking individual requirements to obtain promotion to leadership positions. • Utilize cloud-based learning platforms to manage regional activities, deployments, and trainings.• Ensure maintenance of career path conversations for identified DCS leadership.• Assemble and submit promotion packages upon requirements completion.• Support annual workforce engagement goals, Regional Disaster Officer objectives, and chapter plan for volunteer engagement through participation in meetings, special projects, and events.
