Hospitality Industry Trust Scotland is a charity who inspires people to be the best they can be within hospitality, assisting them to achieve their potential through scholarships and bursaries.I am responsible for the management and fulfilment of the scholarship programme, helping with the organisation of the fundraising events, as well as the management of the \"office\" and our systems and processes. In September 2020 I also took over the financial management for HIT.
