Coordinated the FutureBUILDS BIPOC Incubator program for mid career professionals to gain access to free educational services and workshops -Provided administration support (i.e. zoom, email, google suite)-Conducted onboarding for selected program participants, volunteers, faculty, and guest speakers -Organized weekly online and in person workshops throughout programing -Lead launch event, Community Celebration, and assisted with FutureBUILDS XP Conference-Lead communications on all of the following platforms: Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook, Eventbrite, website (i.e. videos, reels, photography)-Develop presentations for the FutureBUILDS program-Conduct speaker briefings and essential documentation -Organize site visits for the cohort program for hands on learning experiences and ensure health and safety-Assist with reporting documents for funders
