ABOUT ALYSHA PHELPS
I am a management-side attorney handling a variety of employment law matters. My employment practice is focused on litigation strategy and proactive compliance advice for an array of matters, including family and medical leave, accommodations, and performance management. I defend employers in Oregon and Washington from six- and seven-figure claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in all stages of litigation. I represent employers before administrative agencies, including investigations conducted by Oregon’s Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI), the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), among others.
