I’m a product manager and strategist obsessed with designing experiences that make technology feel human. Currently leading the Mobile App team at BECU, I bridge enterprise infrastructure with modern, member-first design, managing releases, vendor partnerships, and innovations that reach over a million members.With over a decade of leadership experience, program management, five years of product management, and eleven years in financial services, my expertise encompasses product development, fintech partnerships, digital experience strategy, and cross-functional facilitation. I’ve guided initiatives ranging from mobile deposit modernization and push notifications to feature launches, such as Dark Mode and the Seahawks themes, transforming how members engage with digital banking.Beyond product, I lead as Chair of the Young Professionals Employee Resource Group, where I’ve designed and hosted over three dozen programs blending growth, inclusion, and innovation, like our annual Think Tank design-thinking event, professional development workshops, and leadership panels that give employees hands-on experience solving real organizational challenges.I also mentored fintech startups through BECU’s Innovation Incubator, helping founders translate big ideas into scalable solutions for the credit union space.
