   As Director of Business Optimization, I lead strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency, revenue growth, and customer experience across Irby Utilities’ broadband and communication services. My work is centered on helping electric cooperatives and ISPs unlock the full potential of their technology investments—from fiber network builds to customer engagement tools.Key responsibilities include:Spearheading the growth and adoption of SIMPLer: Powered by Azotel, a purpose-built CRM and OSS/BSS for ISPs, helping providers streamline workflows, improve visibility, and boost ARPU.Partnering with utilities and municipalities to deliver end-to-end broadband optimization, including feasibility assessments, marketing strategy, NOC services, and network design.Leading cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, and support teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.Serving as a strategic advisor to clients, identifying inefficiencies, recommending improvements, and helping them scale effectively in an increasingly competitive market.Developing go-to-market strategies for Irby’s ancillary services, such as the Irby NOC, IONIC (Irby Operations Network Intelligence Center), and ICC Technical Support.My role is equal parts strategist, operator, and advocate—ensuring Irby’s clients not only launch their broadband networks, but grow them sustainably and successfully.
