   Assigned to administer the 3J Workshop retail & wholesale line, which includes woven pieces: blouses, pants, jackets, dresses, and handbags.• Daily communication with overseas factories, check status of salesman samples, new developments, and shipments.• Create sketches for 3J Workshop, JWLA, and Direct-to-Retail lines, to maintain an organized sketch library.• Prepare designer for seasonal design, color, and trend meetings: create body boards, labdip seasonal colors, prepare all ordered fabrics of the season.• Processing cut tickets and noting changes made to styles to communicate with pattern maker.• Review hand-looms, strike-offs, and new sourcing with designer, and maintain seasonal fabric logbooks and an excel counterpart, to maintain a detailed history in paper & digital of all fabrics used/or considered for a season.• Create linesheets, color cards, and showroom packets for seasonal market meetings.• Maintain awareness of design calendar and help supervisor manage deadlines. Keep up on a monthly basis with photoshoot samples, awareness of changes being made and correcting before passing samples to Catalogue, ECOM, and retail vendors.(Nieman Marcus, Sundance, Saks Fifth Ave)• Process styles into PLM, updating changes on BOMS before submitting for production.
