About Alyse Prawde
I am a civil litigation attorney with extensive experience litigating cases involving complex legal issues throughout Maryland. I frequently represent clients in a variety civil rights cases, including excessive force, wrongful arrest, and other law enforcement misconduct, as well as students who have been sexually abused or harassed. I have significant experience in commercial litigation, business disputes, and representing clients in a variety of employment matters, including cases involving wrongful termination and non-compete and non-solicitation agreements. I also regularly represent developers throughout Maryland in litigation and appeals. I approach each matter by identifying the unique circumstances of each client’s case and tailoring a strategic approach to their situation and goals. In striving to obtain the best possible results for my clients, I work tirelessly to help them through challenging personal or business circumstances.
