Responsibilities include- Cultivating and promoting CEP’s positive organizational culture in line with CEP\'s values and mission- Implementing the infrastructure, systems, and processes needed to support CEP\'s people- Designing, implementing, and managing organizational development- Overseeing the hiring and onboarding processes- Managing CEP’ staff performance evaluation and development- Work closely with CEP\'s Diversity and Inclusion Strategist and President on CEP\'s internal diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts- Serving as strategic advisor to both the president and the Board of Directors and taking on crucial cross-cutting projects and priorities- Acting as sounding board, mentor, and coach for staff
