Full lifecycle recruiting subject matter expert and assist in managing and maintaining the processes, procedures, technology, and data that drive an effective and efficient talent acquisition partnership across the bank. • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of Talent Acquisition (TA) process documentation and improvement of workflows and processes • Ensure all TA standard operational procedure (SOP) documents are up-to-date and are kept readily available for stakeholders via SharePoint and other support sites• Responsible for managing all process improvements and/or modifications across TA• Identify and translate how process and system changes impact metrics, reports, and other Workday Talent Management end users, while collaborating to ensure alignment and change management with leadership • Oversee functional requirements of inbound/outbound integrations (Workday, background check vendors, assessment vendors, etc.) and system requirements focusing on the maximized use of technology and adjustments as needed to effectively manage the recruiting process via the use of technology • Collaborate with Systems Analysis/Workday Technology Team and Talent Acquisition teams to understand process and reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful SOP documents, reports, and dashboards • Work with Talent Management Technology to partner on ATS process and system design • Creates and tracks all TA Data Reporting updates including all key TA SLA tracking information to the TA team, Sr Leadership, and other stakeholders
