Partner with cross-functional leadership and business users to identify, collaborate, and obtain prioritization alignment on opportunities for loan fulfillment process improvement. Support with the research, planning, and organizing of teams that works on simultaneous multiple operational fulfillment project initiatives that increase efficiency, loan quality, customer, and employee satisfaction in accordance with approved requirements, budget, and schedule. Identify root cause analysis, support with remediation process and close process and quality gaps identified from customer complaints, due diligence, regulatory exams, loan trades, and quality control reviews. Support with the creation of content to be posted on the company’s intranet for Sales channels and Operations departments. Oversee and enhance written documentation to memorialize systems, processes, workflows, and reference materials and obtain business SME alignment for same. Create written and recorded training material collaborating with L&D and business SMEs when needed. Provide PBI management support for top Operations priorities and for Sales enhancement requests in CRM, POS and LOS. Support Sales and Operations with the creation of tools that identify meaningful metrics for loan level prioritization and inter-departmental alignment (e.g. pipeline management, rate lock management, rushes, etc.). Participate in daily sales and operations huddles and meetings with key stakeholders to support in moving loans through the system. Provide extensive research, suggested loan structure, and comprehensive loan write-ups as requested.
