Lead commissioning and testing phases for customized engineering projects (PEM, Alkaline, AEM, Hydrogen BOP).• Lead design reviews of customized engineering projects (PEM, Alkaline, AEM, Hydrogen BOP).• Verify P & IDs, Wiring drawings, I/O Checklists, Interlock Lists, Heat-/mass-balance calculations, and equipment datasheets to ensure design integrity.• Support equipment selection and vendor coordination to ensure design intent and procurement readiness.• Develop commissioning plans, FAT procedures, and validation reports for 3+ customized projects annually.• Coordinate process, mechanical, electrical, and controls disciplines, ensuring technical alignment and safety compliance.• Manage site risk and regulatory conformance under PED/ASME; author detailed Job Hazard Assessments (JHAs).• Serve as the process owner for two major continuous improvement initiatives (SIT–ENG Feedback and SIT QC), improving traceability, quality assurance, and consistency across 50+ projects.
