A qualified financial expert and Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, she brings deep technical and strategic expertise to the boardroom.Alycia is a seasoned executive with extensive insurance industry experience spanning life, annuity, and health products. She previously served as Chief Actuary at TruStage (formerly CUNA Mutual) and at Sagicor, where she led pricing and valuation across all product lines. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at The Standard and Manulife in Tokyo, overseeing financial reporting and product development.Her global perspective is shaped by having lived and worked across North America, Asia, and Europe. Known for driving strategic innovation and fostering cross-functional collaboration, Alycia has consistently delivered results through inclusive leadership and strong governance.She holds a B.S. in Actuarial Science from Florida State University and is a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. A passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Alycia actively mentors emerging talent and serves as a role model across the organizations she supports.Outside of work, Alycia is an avid marathoner, participating in events that support a range of charitable causes.
