Real Estate Sales in Fairfield & New Haven Counties, Connecticut: Fairfield, Southport, Westport, Shelton, Milford, Stratford & Bridgeport. Fairfield native, and extremely familiar with Fairfield and the surrounding towns. Experienced and energetic, knowledgeable about all aspects of Real Estate, from negotiations to contract, closing and beyond. She listens carefully to the needs of her buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth transactions and happy homecomings. She even \"previews\" properties for out-of-town buyers, so that they see only those properties that fit their dream. Alycia\'s foray into real estate began in 1985, in Corporate Relocation, where she maintained approximately forty homes under contract of sale, in order to expedite their closing. From there she moved in to Corporate relocation acquisitions, presiding over the appraisal, inspection and purchase negotiations processes, creating detailed closing documents for relocating executives. She continued her work in real estate by performing foreclosure and Homeowner\'s Insurance inspections for multiple clients, and then took the next logical step into Real Estate Sales. In addition to the above, Alycia has many years of Top level Customer and Client Service experience, having worked for Verizon Wireless tech support, and as an ADP Client Services representative (among others). Her emphasis is on providing World-Class Service, knowing that, in doing so, the \"Sales\" part of it all will take care of itself.
