Assume roles and responsibilities as a field based Clinical Services Manager (CSM) promoting the benefits of Omnipod DASH Insulin Management System and the Omnipod 5 Automated Insulin Delivery System to achieve territory sales goals. • Work in partnership with Territory Manager to achieve and exceed sales goals• Support Omnipod training for adult and pediatric patients either virtually or in-person with the ability to train 20 patients or more per week. • Make 6-8 clinical sales calls per day to grow territory business.• Educate Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and support staff the benefits of the Omnipod systems. • Empower HCPs to interpret data and make impactful insulin dosing changes using a data management platform. • Train and certify Certified Pod Trainers. • Pod Mission Champion 2022 and 2023• Regional Advisory Board Member and Portfolio Selling Moderator 2023Accomplishments• Presidents Club 2020• Winner’s Circle 2022 – 100% to plan for the year• Winner’s Circle 2023 – 100% to plan for the year
