ABOUT ALYA STABER
Alya is an advocate of human wellness and equitable design. Her prior experience in corporate real estate managing an existing conditions portfolio of more than 14 million square feet has provided her with an array of successful and unsuccessful examples of spaces that affect the human experience. With a great understanding of the client’s perspective and bottom line, she can provide owners with solutions that fit their needs and creates an environment that benefits the people that occupy those spaces. Her client’s needs and wants, drive her design and she enjoys working in a collaborative workspace to deliver a great project experience and final product. Alya has both a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Northeastern University. Recently she has become a WELL AP and looks forward to incorporating wellness elements into the built environment. Her passions are family, food and fun. She loves being with her husband and two children, and exploring the world through fresh eyes again.
