As a recent Business and Management graduate with First-Class Honors from the University of the West of England, I’m excited to bring my passion for customer service, operational efficiency, and data analysis into the professional world. I’ve gained valuable hands-on experience in various roles, from managing accommodation services to ensuring guests have a fantastic experience in hospitality. I’m currently working on my Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Professional Certificate, which is sharpening my skills in transforming complex data into insightful stories that drive decision-making. I enjoy creating interactive dashboards that make data accessible and actionable. My internship with JP Morgan Chase further enhanced my Excel skills, where I built a data visualization dashboard to communicate findings effectively. I thrive in collaborative environments and have successfully led teams to deliver memorable experiences, whether in hospitality or through organizing community fundraising events for cancer awareness. I believe that a strong team and open communication are keys to achieving great results. Fluent in both English and Arabic, I’m eager to connect with others and explore new opportunities where I can contribute my skills and learn from the best.
