About the company: Closely held public rental and services provider.I joined the executive management team as its first CFO. Used financial projections and detailed 13-week cash flow models to lead financial turnaround and avert bankruptcy by divesting from a non-core acquisition and restructuring operations. Recovered growth from $7M in 2020 to $12M in 2024 by divesting from second acquisition and reintegrating operations. Financial Analysis, Forecasting, and Reporting Built and updated detailed 13-week cash flow forecasts for proactive treasury management and assurance of short-term liquidity to meet obligations. Constructed and utilized complex three-statement models and annual budgets to assess strategic direction and anticipated ROI from capital expenditures and acquisitions.
