Senior Floor Leader/Developing MITFloor Coordinator-Delegating and communicating all hourly reads effectively, to impact the focus of the shop floor with all staff-Delegating and delivering chat in\'s and chat out\'s to each staff member to transition in and out of their shift, while filling out development logs and setting tangible goals- Having a helicopter view of the shop floor - making observations of interactions, zoning staff in areas of the shop, delegating tasks with a specific timeframe and follow up for completion- Using down time for training and developing staff.Brand Leader- Providing feedback and coaching using LUSH tools to all staff, regarding interactions and consultations- Popping into staff and customer interactions to build baskets, talk about brand values, and confirm interest in products- Keeping the energy of the shop positive and upbeat through music, feedback, and staff interactions. Developing MIT- Training staff on specialty roles, including Store Operations and Visuals- Training all Floor Leaders on the requirements of Floor Coordination, Brand Leading, and Till Leading, using the Lush Driving Sales Toolboxes, Coaching and Development Logs, and Floor Leader 10 Day Journals- Scheduling Operations, including - weekly schedules, hour and labor trackers, and timecards- Hosting and assisting with hiring events, including interviews, culture hours, and filling out new hire paperwork.
