About Aly Capp

You know that feeling when you’re part of a team that accomplishes something never done before to benefit others—something that would be impossible to achieve alone? I live for those moments, and for creating environments where others experience them too.I am energized by partnering with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and key stakeholders. Together, we design and scale models of care that ensure the right patient receives the right care in the right location—using clear criteria to provide care closer to home when possible and in the hospital when necessary. I translate strategy into action by aligning clinical operations, capital planning, technology, staffing, and supply chain to create care environments that are provider- and kid-friendly. Building strong, trusting relationships is central to how I lead, enabling collaboration, alignment, and shared ownership of outcomes.I thrive on bringing people together to solve complex challenges and build sustainable solutions. I lead with courage, optimism, and emotional intelligence, and I am deeply committed to building cultures of psychological safety where people at all levels feel empowered to speak up and lead.Developing leaders and supporting well-being are central to my work. I am on a mission to build teams that strengthen the healthcare ecosystem, for good.

Experience

  1. Vice President, Ne Region & Connected for Kids

    Children's Wisconsin

    Apr 2024 — Present

With a vision that children in WI will be the healthiest in the nation, Children\'s WI is the only health system in the state 100% focused on kids.Reporting to the President & COO, I am responsible for operations and quality across Northeast WI, including Children\'s Fox Valley Hospital, two ambulatory specialty clinics, northeast WI’s first pediatric urgent care, and our pediatric anesthesia enabled surgery program. I also serve in a key leadership role with Connected for Kids, our partnership aimed at bringing the continuum of pediatric care close to home.Key Accomplishments • Expanded access to pediatric specialty care in Northeast Wisconsin by bringing pediatric anesthesia and pediatric surgical services closer to home, enabling care delivery for 100+ patients in 2025 who would otherwise have traveled out of region. • Delivered on strategic growth priorities by opening a new ambulatory specialty care clinic, launching Northeast Wisconsin’s first pediatric urgent care, and partnering with Mental & Behavioral Health to open the region’s first MBH walk-in clinic—while increasing pediatric specialty care volumes 13.5% above projections. • Invested in leadership development and provider well-being, contributing to a region engagement score of 4.37 and supporting teams to excel in patient experience, reflected in an inpatient NPS of 81.2.
