I spend most of my time thinking about why dental billing feels harder than it should.Over the years, working closely with practices and insurance workflows, one thing has become very clear. Most revenue problems are not caused by people. They come from systems that were never designed to handle the way insurance actually works today.Teams are doing their best inside broken structures.That is what led me to build the Dental Revenue Intelligence Framework.It is not about working faster or pushing teams harder. It is about understanding how eligibility, documentation, claims, and payer behavior connect, and designing workflows that line up with that reality.When those pieces are aligned, billing becomes calmer. Claims become cleaner. Cash flow becomes more predictable.I am less interested in quick fixes and more focused on helping dental leaders understand what is really happening under the hood so they can make better decisions upstream.If you are responsible for billing, operations, or revenue inside a dental organization and things feel harder than they should, you are not imagining it.That is the work I care about.
