Credit Valley Conservation is governed by a 12-member Board of Directors who are appointed by CVC’s municipal partners within the Credit River Watershed.Representation on the board is based on population of the municipality (upper tier) and by member municipality agreement. Board members are appointed for a four-year term, following each municipal election. Board members authorize CVC’s programs and policies, which staff is responsible for implementing.Alvin is also a Member of the Board of Directors for the Credit Valley Conservation Foundation.
