I work at the intersection of product execution, technology, and large-scale program delivery.Over the past 6+ years, I’ve led digital platforms, system modernization initiatives, and enterprise programs across research, government advisory, and financial services environments. My experience spans technical product ownership, stakeholder-heavy delivery, and senior functional consulting responsibilities in high-ambiguity settings.As a Technical Product Consultant, I’ve delivered platforms handling 8–10 million records and 100K+ daily queries, led API-driven integrations, and managed end-to-end execution from PRD definition through UAT and release. I’ve also driven cloud optimization initiatives on AWS and led cybersecurity implementations (XDR, ZTNA, MDM) to safeguard sensitive datasets.In parallel, I’ve worked in government advisory and political consulting roles, executing high-scale digital programs reaching 25M+ participants, managing cross-functional teams, and building automated reporting systems using APIs and Python to support leadership decision-making.Earlier in my career at ICICI Bank, I structured and evaluated corporate financing up to ₹55Cr, strengthening my exposure to risk assessment, financial analysis, and regulated environments.Across roles, I focus on:• Translating business strategy into clear product requirements• Managing backlogs and sprint execution in Agile environments• Aligning engineering, data, and business stakeholders• Using data (SQL, BI tools) to drive iterative improvements• Delivering reliably in complex, compliance-sensitive systemsI’m particularly interested in roles within fintech, payments, disputes & fraud systems, and data-heavy product ecosystems where strong product ownership and technical alignment drive measurable impact.
