Alvin Gee has been photographing the faces of Houston for over 40 years. Alvin Gee Photography was awarded the Award of Excellence in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020,2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. He was awarded the Pinnacle Award in 2013, 2016, 2020, 2021. One of America\'s finest photographers, Gee is a member of the elite Cameracraftsmen of America (only 40 of the best photographers in the world)Named Photographer of the Year four times by the Professional Photographers Guild of Houston, he holds combined degrees of Master of Photography and Photographic Craftsman. Gee has served on the Board of Directors of the Texas Professional Photographers Association and as a faculty member of the Texas School of Professional Photography.Alvin serves on the Houston Better Business Bureau board for 2015 to 2024. He has been the Chair of the Membership Committee since 2017 to 2022. He will be serving on the Nominating and Executive committee in 2023 and 2024. He will chair the Board of Directors in 20••••26.Alvin Gee serves on the Goodwill Industries Board of Directors in 20••••24.Alvin judges photographs on a monthly basis in the Professional Photographers Guild of Houston.He donates his photography to Toolbox Ministries. Toolbox revolves around monthly lunch events designed to expose men from the business world to the joy and adventure of radically following Christ.
