As a member of the ZeurTek\'s innovation team, Alvin serves as the Chief Technology & Innovation Officer (CTIO), working with their clients\' core technology infrastructure and networks, software applications, agile development operations (DevOps), data science, information systems and security teams. Alvin provides strategic and tactical leadership along with hands-on implementation and guidance of information technology and system design, architecture, equipment, software, integration, maintenance, and processes. Collaborating closely with the Legal Practice Group Leaders, Industry Group Leaders, Administrative Partners, and Client Services, Alvin’s responsibilities are to develop and implement his clients’ technology strategy, rapidly identify and implement innovative technology solutions with a particular emphasis on client-facing solutions, differentiate them from their competitors, quickly respond to the needs of the evolving legal marketplace, and help all members of his clients to be more effective and efficient in their roles. As a leader of the of Innovation, Alvin collaborates with ZeurTek\'s clients to harness their resources and to develop innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness, reduce costs, and provide a competitive advantage to them.
