   I run a unique consulting practice that provides expert in-house legal services, direction and planning to companies that have not yet committed the resources to a full time legal department, but that need help as they prepare for an ultimate Initial Public Offering. I have significant expertise in establishing and running public company legal departments. I handle complex contract negotiations. I also have special relationships with several large law firms that provide free support (associate time, research, forms, etc.) in exchange for introductions and assistance in building client relationships. These associations assist me in providing the highest level General Counsel services to growing companies at a fraction of the cost.
