Mr. Lindsay authored the book and video \"Technology in Litigation,\" published by the National Institute of Trial Advocacy (NITA), and he writes the Florida chapters of \"Products Liability Desk Reference\" and \"Business Torts,\" both published annually by Wolters Kluwer. He was editor-in-chief of the \"International Law Quarterly\" from 20••••14. Recently, he co-authored the quintessential exegesis on artificial intelligence and the law titled Lola v. Skadden and the Automation of the Legal Profession, that was published in the Yale Journal of Law and Technology.Mr. Lindsay is also a past chair and current member of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) advisory board, and on the faculty of NITA, where he has taught the prestigious National Trial Skills Session in Colorado as well as the Deposition Skills program in New York. He is one of only two lawyers in the state of Florida board certified as an expert in both International Litigation & Arbitration and International Law. Mr. Lindsay was on the faculty of the George Washington School of Law ICC international arbitration program in São Paulo, Brazil. For the past fifteen years, he has been an adjunct professor teaching litigation skills at the University of Miami School of Law, and he is regularly invited to teach arbitration skills at other Florida law schools.
