About Alvin Joseph
Throughout my years of studying, Psychology has always taken the centre stage. And now with the help of my masters I’m looking to implement what I understand at an organisational level. I have been part of the university volunteering teams and have helped in managing team dynamics and ensuring role clarity. Through journalism, I adapted the skill sets on how to keep the audience engaged, and the shifting trends of social media. Other than psychology, as part of a hobby I observe elections, looking at what influences the outcomes, and behavioural patterns of the voters, helping me predict outcomes on my own. As my fields of interest are Psychology and Political Science I intend to apply the principles of HRDM in the field of politics, helping shape new leaders who will be capable at what they do. And help organising events and reform institutions so they could contribute their best to the society.
